“Throughout our lives we long to love ourselves more deeply and to feel connected with others. Instead, we often contract, fear of intimacy, and suffer a bewildering sense of separation. We crave love, and yet we are lonely. Our delusion of being separate from one another, of being apart from all that is around us, gives rise to all of this pain.” – Sharon Salzberg

“You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.” -Buddha
You cannot love someone else, without knowing love within yourself, You will not have it to give, nor recognize it when it arrives!
